"Your Majesty, how do the consequences in France if the officials do not want to carry out the administrative judicial decision?" he asked then.

When this question asked,
Chief Conseil d'Etat Français stunned. They can not understand what that meant and the French asked the question again. After that, they even asked, "Is it possible?"
That question asked by Paulus Effendy Lotulung, a supreme magistrate who have retired, when he discussed with Legal Institutions in France. That question reflects our society in Indonesia. If the officials do not want to carry out the administrative judicial decision, how about the others?
Our people demands our nation become a law based country, but how it's possible if we don't want to carry out a judicial decision? Our people demands our nation become a democratic country, but how it's possible if we don't tolerate the difference among society.
We already know that our complicated society consist of a lots race, ethnics, and religions background. Perhaps one of us do not agree with our derivative law from dutch law. But I doubt if our nation have our original law, our own ius constituendum, this problem will still exist. because the problem is not in the law it self, but in our society. the mental of the people.
"Bangunlah Jiwanya, Bangunlah Badannya" it is true. We cant be a great nation if the mental of our people's still like this. Because the people is the soul of a nation.
